In this full-time position, your regular schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM. Additionally, you will be assigned two on-call shifts within each six-week scheduling cycle.

Our New Graduate Primary Care Program is designed specifically for newly graduated or less experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (less than 12 months of experience). Through structured training, mentorship, and a gradual increase in responsibilities, this program helps build clinical confidence and competence-ensuring a smooth transition into primary care practice. In return, we ask for a one-year commitment to the program. This ensures continuity of care for our patients and allows you to fully benefit from the training, mentorship, and growth opportunities we provide.

The typical pay range for this role is :

$87,035.00 - $187,460.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
