About The Position

Job Title : Radiologic Technologist MRI

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10

Experience : Two (2) years of clinical experience.

License : Must have a current state license.

Certifications : ARRT Registries of Radiography (R) and MRI (MR), BLS issued by the American Heart Association.

Must-Have : Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Description :

Join our remarkable healthcare team as a Radiologic Technologist MRI.

Perform technical imaging examinations and complex specialized procedures.

Utilize a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems.

Work independently in this position with all patient age groups.

Conduct operations in varying locations.

Responsible for maintenance and repairs of imaging equipment.

Participate in quality assurance and resolve issues related to image processing.

Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules.

Triage routine and emergent procedures effectively.

Instruct other fellows, residents, physicians, and visiting healthcare professionals.

Participate in clinical research as required.

Travelers may be assigned shifts in multiple units based on current staffing needs.

Travelers will float as necessary to fulfill contract commitments.

Weekday hours may vary between 6 : 30 AM and 9 AM based on operational needs.

Every third weekend is required, with a transition to every other weekend in January.

The facility requires the traveler’s permanent address to be a minimum of 50 miles from the assigned primary work site.

Travelers should be ready to adjust schedules and shifts as per unit requirements.

An active telemetry competency must be maintained throughout the assignment.
