?? About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on technology leader to serve as our next VP of Machine Learning and Data Science. In this pivotal role, you’ll own and drive the end-to-end AI / ML lifecycle, from research and algorithmic innovation to scalable, real-time production deployment.
You’ll lead and unify our Data Science (DS) and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) teams, shaping the strategic vision and execution of our AI / ML initiatives that directly impact product innovation, customer value, and business growth.
This is a unique opportunity to build enterprise-grade ML systems using modern technologies like foundation models, GenAI, and MLOps, while operating in a fast-paced, stable, and mission-driven environment.

?? What You’ll Do?? Strategic LeadershipDefine and drive the long-term vision for AI and machine learning, aligned with product and business goalsOwn the entire ML lifecycle : from model ideation to development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimizationLead R&D strategy focused on methodologies, agentic systems, and emerging technologies?? Team & CultureLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, integrated DS and MLE teamFoster a highly collaborative and accountable culture, balancing speed, quality, and innovationOperate as a player-coach : capable of both strategic direction and deep technical contribution?? Technical ExecutionArchitect and evolve our MLOps infrastructure to support scalable and automated model deploymentProvide hands-on leadership in building advanced ML models using deep learning, embeddings, neural networks, and GNNsLeverage your expertise in AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related toolsStay ahead of AI / ML trends and champion the adoption of new technologies and practices?? ? What We’re Looking For?? Leadership & CommunicationProven experience managing both research and production ML teamsAbility to set strategic direction and guide senior technical staffExceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable engaging with execs, clients, and press??? Technical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of modern ML techniques : gradient boosting, Bayesian modeling, causal inference, deep learning, embeddings, GNNsStrong software engineering and MLOps fundamentals, including CI / CD for ML, model registries, feature stores, and monitoringProficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI / ML services (especially AWS Bedrock & SageMaker)Experience in agentic workflows is a plus?? Industry & Domain InsightExperience with large-scale ML systems in consumer data, ad-tech, or mar-tech industriesDomain experience in health, finance, consumer goods, or political / advocacy tech is a bonusInterested in hearing more?
