Our Sales Associates are responsible for providing the energy and leadership required for their team to reach its sales goals.In addition to sales production, a Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who grows their team to embody our mission : improving lives of our customers by providing them with access to automobile ownership. This position exists to help AutoSmart improve our retail sales environment by leveraging your professional skills to reach our business goals. We'll give you the required training and tools to help you accelerate your career.

Sales Associate Role & Responsibilities :

• Engages current and prospective customers to help them navigate the path to automobile ownership
• Shows the ability to effectively communicate to customers the benefits of buying a vehicle from AutoSmart
• Ensures sales volume objectives are achieved through relentless energy and drive
• Willingness to develop and grow professionally by accepting feedback and coaching from AutoSmart leadership
• Strategizes to turn opportunities for change and improvement into realities through data driven suggestions
• Delivers concise and relevant feedback to senior leadership to improve their stores performance
• Fosters relationships with key players in other departments to help ensure AutoSmart reaches its goals
