Senior Systems Administrator

MicroHealth is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator. The Senior Systems Administrator will lead the contract supporting day-to-day operations and maintenance for the Government IT infrastructure, which includes customized government off-the-shelf (COTS) applications, security applications and supporting infrastructure. Responsibilities :

• Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and resolve software-related problems
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures
• Monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity
• Recommend and help define policies and protocols for efficient operations and improved system integrity
• Develop and maintain technical documents, including internal policies, procedures, and build instructions
• Create and maintain scripts to automate work processes for improved efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement technology solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
