Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Lead High-Impact Roofing Projects Across Texas Location : Austin, TX

Compensation : $90,000–$115,000 Base + Bonuses + Full Benefits + Company Vehicle

We're partnered with a rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor known for delivering complex, mission-critical projects across hospitals, government buildings, and industrial sites. With a proven track record and a high-performing team, they're now looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to take the lead on fast-moving, multi-million-dollar projects out of their Austin, TX office.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Running day-to-day field operations on major commercial roofing projects
  • Supervising and supporting foremen and crew members to meet production goals
  • Managing site safety, materials, labor, and scheduling
  • Partnering with PMs, subs, clients, and GCs to ensure smooth communication and execution
  • Representing the company at job site meetings with owners, engineers, and inspectors
  • Navigating challenges and keeping the job moving—no micromanagement here

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
  • Deep knowledge of systems : TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, asphalt, metal, hot / cold applied
  • Experience with secure / complex projects (e.g. hospitals, occupied buildings, industrial)
  • OSHA 10 / 30 certified and committed to jobsite safety
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. work eligibility
  • Willing to travel regionally as needed
