This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 8a - 5p

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Type of cases and required procedures : gynecology procedures, no birthing center

Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days, temporary privileges available

EMR : Epic

Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure required : Must have an active Wisconsin license

$1746.00 / Daily - $1890.00 / Daily
