FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
FRANKLIN OFFICE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
maintain and repair building systems ensuring a safe and functional environment for occupants .
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Assist in the receiving function for facility supplies and maintenance material; support branch operations and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and repair issues with building systems, including troubleshooting mechanical and structural problems.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and operational policies.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inspection logs and service reports.
- Emergency Response : Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration : Work with other maintenance staff and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Assist with special, assigned projects.
- Serve as point of contact on assigned projects and respond to inquiries about those projects.
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the USA PATRIOT ACT (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including reporting suspicious activities to the BSA Department as well as other banking and company regulations and rules.
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance with any government regulations that may apply.
- Other duties as may be deemed necessary to support Bank activities.
EDUCATION NEEDED
High School diploma or equivalent

SKILLS NEEDED
