Job Description
The Talent Intern will support the Talent (Human Resources) team with a focus on the recruiting & onboarding functions. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Support the Hasana, Inc.'s talent acquisition process with particular focus around candidate scheduling, collecting feedback, and keeping our employee database up to date
- Maintain and organize internal data for the Talent team including position profiles, new hire authorizations, offer letters, org charts, policies and other information that touches candidates and employees
- Partner with the team on organizing our year-round internship programs, with focus on screening, onboarding, and planning internship enrichment activities
- Assist in onboarding new employees by creating & distributing materials and collecting necessary paperwork
- Assist the overall Talent team with new projects and initiatives around culture, performance management
- Perform other related duties as requested
- General admin duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable reaching out to clients by phone and email
- Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
Qualifications
