HRIS Analyst w / Oracle HCM (Temple Terrace)

HRIS Analyst

Location : Tampa, FL (preferred) or Dallas, TX

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Interview Process : 1 round

Responsibilities :

Perform data entry, including importing, cleaning, and validating staff and organizational data.

Partner with upstream / downstream stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data.

Provide input to requirements, process flows, and design documents to align platform configuration with business needs.

Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries, and dashboards.

Deliver metrics and analytics by compiling, transforming, and visualizing HR data.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and inquiries via hotlines and mailboxes.

Support end users with system functionality and features.

Assist with HR business processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation cycles.

Create, deliver, and maintain end-user and manager training.

Maintain accurate process documentation.

Support self-service adoption by automating report and dashboard delivery.

Develop and execute test scripts for UAT during implementations and releases.

Contribute to the global transformation of the HR system to next-generation platforms.

Qualifications :

2-4 years of HRIS or related experience.

Strong experience with HR systems (Oracle HCM preferred).

Skilled in reporting, data management, and analytics.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
