LoanMax Title Loans - Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

  • We are currently hiring for the following location : 704 Military Avenue, Green Bay, WI

Incentives :

  • Eligible for $1 raise after 90 days
  • Full Time Positions : rotating Monday – Friday 10am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. Closed Sundays!

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work full time
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry experience
  • Minimum 1 years customer service experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Criminal background check
  • Consumer credit check
  • Drug screen

    • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Loan processing
  • Cash handling
  • Collection calls
