Accounting Analyst

Our client, a well-established leader in large-scale manufacturing, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support their growing finance team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with the consolidation of financial results across multiple divisions and business units.
  • Prepare analyses on cost trends, inventory movements, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures and enhance internal controls.
  • Participate in system improvement initiatives and help maintain accurate financial data.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 24 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or multi-entity organization.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting best practices.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
