Our team is seeking a Billing Administrator who brings the precision of finance with the heart of an administrative assistant someone who enjoys supporting internal teams, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in administrative support and / or billing who are ready to grow into a more specialized operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute customer invoices aligned with service agreements.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Admin) to clarify billing terms.
Maintain organized records of billing activities and communications.
Monitor billing reports and proactively address delays or backlogs.
Support audit prep and year-end financial processes.
Participate in team discussions to resolve accounting issues—your voice matters!
Tools You'll Use
SAP S / 4HANA (training provided)
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumif formulas)

Ideal Candidate
No degree required—experience and attitude matter most.
Background in administrative support, billing, or customer service.
Strong communication skills and a professional, polite demeanor.
Comfortable working on-site Wednesdays and flexibly remote other days.
Willing to work late on month-end close days (with advance notice).
Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
