We at Kelly hear you and we're here for you! We're seeking a Senior Accountant to work at a premier automotive company in Torrance, CA. Pay : $40 / hr. This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA, must be able to commute to Torrance, CA. Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm.

What's a typical day as Senior Accountant? You'll :

• Assist in monthly general ledger close and financial statement preparation. Timely closing within 5-7 business days of month-end. Monitors, reviews and reconciles official and general ledger accounts on daily, weekly and monthly basis - 40%
• Assist in preparation of regulatory and audit reports. Assists with NCUA, FRB, Opinion Exams / Audit cycles. Assist with resolution of findings or DOR items - 15%
• Perform HTM payroll and biweekly AHM / HFCU payroll entries and recons, handle monthly benefits entries and reconciliations - 10%
• Manage annual capital expenditures budgeting / projections / tracking - 25%
• Manage tax related programs primarily for employee State and Federal taxes - 10%

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

Hold a BS degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA / CPA is preferred. Have 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Possess strong analytical skills and experience in fixed assets and tax-related programs.
