We're seeking an amazing General Dentist for our practice in San Diego, CA

At San Diego California Dental Group, we strive to be the best dental practice available through our focus on comfortable and convenient treatment. Patient centered service is our specialty; we utilize modern dental equipment and technology to ensure patient smile is beautiful and healthy.

We are in search of an enthusiastic General Dentist to join our patient-focused team located in beautiful San Diego, CA. We are looking for someone who will fit well into our dynamic group. The ideal candidate is a caring, friendly, and professional General dentist who cares and treats our patients like family.

What we offer :

  • We are flexible to offer 2-3 days / week to start, gradually built up to full-time. Ideally Tues, Wed, Thurs to start

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive restorative dentistry
  • Examine patients’ teeth and gums to diagnose and treat oral health issues
  • Utilize X-rays and imaging technology to assist with exams
  • Provide a wide range of dental treatments including cleanings, extractions, fillings,, bonding, crowns, and veneers
  • Administer local anesthesia as needed
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare
  • Perform oral cancer screenings
  • Prescribe antibiotics and pain medications when appropriate
  • Ensure dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized

    • Requirements :

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
  • Active state license to practice dentistry
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC regulations
  • Computer / practice management software proficiency preferred
  • 2-5 years of practice experience preferred.
