For over 50 years The Glenholme School, part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided a comprehensive residential program and services for children with learning differences and special needs. Located in picturesque Washington, CT the People Operations Manager position will be part of a cohesive, passionate and dynamic team. The selected candidate will foster Devereux's mission and values of quality care as well as providing top-notch and individualized therapeutic care for our students.
We are seeking a People Operation Manager who has experience with the student population and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with learning differences and mental health / behavioral challenges. If this describes you, then look no further!
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and administering human resources functions for all center employees to include; recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, development and implementation of HR procedures, performance management, retention initiatives and statistical reporting. This role reports to the Director of People Operations and will supervise a PO Specialist.
The Glenholme School is an independent, co-educational special needs boarding and day school for young people, ages ten to adult in middle school, high school, postgraduate, transitional living for career development. The positive atmosphere provides guidance for students with special needs to achieve competent social and academic levels. Our comprehensive learning environment supports the success of students with Asperger's, ASD, ADHD, OCD, Tourette's, depression, anxiety and various learning differences.
