Responsibilities Work as the sole MRI Technologist on a mobile MRI unit serving hospitals in MN, SD, and IA Assignment is based in an acute care, Level 1 Trauma environment Operate GE Explorer Lift 1.5T, GE Architect 3.0T, and Siemens Espree 1.5T MRI units Use SECTRA PACS system, VRAD night service, and EPIC charting Day shifts only, Monday through Friday, with start times typically at 5 : 30 am or 6 : 30 am No driving required; travel to 1-3 hospitals daily with a driver, never more than 150 miles outside Sioux Falls No weekend, night, or on-call shifts No floating to other units or departments Perform a variety of MRI studies and procedures as the sole tech on the mobile unit Daily work environment includes riding on the Semi Mobile MRI with a driver Work starts from Sioux Falls, SD, with coverage in MN, SD, and IA Assignment requires traveling daily and setting up MRI scans at multiple hospital sites Must wear grey scrubs as required dress code All clinicians must badge in and out at each facility Previous employment at Sanford Health must be disclosed and the end date must be at least 6 months before consideration Will not consider candidates planning to drive the mobile MRI unit Requirements Minimum of 5 years independent experience as an MRI Technologist Proficient in Neuro, MSK, and Abdominal MRI imaging Current ARRT (MR) registration and BLS certification required Must be able to work independently in a mobile environment Familiarity with EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS preferred License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-607589.
