Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Our client is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to take ownership of their HubSpot instance—primarily Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. This role will focus on rebuilding workflows, automations, and pipelines, improving data cleanliness and reporting, and ensuring the system is scalable for future growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)
  • Rebuild and streamline workflows, automations, and pipelines
  • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Background in HubSpot implementation, optimization, and cleanup
  • Strong knowledge of workflows, automations, and pipeline management
  • Data-driven, with reporting / analytics expertise

    • Schedule & Location

  • Mostly In-Office : Mon–Thurs in-office / / Fri remote + shorter day
