job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull Time, Permanent Inpatient consults and Inpatient procedures for Gastroenterology Schedule is 25 weeks (175 shifts) per year, Monday-Sunday, 24-hour coverage, in-house from 7a-7pm; shifts will include holidays as part of the normal schedule rotation Full time Advanced Practitioner support for daytime coverage 24 / 7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients EPIC EMR Triage calls for GI and round on patients at all three hospital campuses EUS procedure, plus ERCP Participate in biweekly colorectal tumor boards 349-bed Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked #23 in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districts Excellent benefit package Health / dental / life insurance 403-B plan with employer match LTD Relocation allowance CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
