ETL Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, ETL Operations (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of ETL Operations Analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback

Coordinate team activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of ETL configuration and development tasks

Analyze complex business challenges and delegate tasks appropriately across the team

Requirements & Qualifications

Associate's Degree in technology, computer science, data science, or equivalent experience required

5 - 7 years' experience working with healthcare data

2 - 3 years' experience in a leadership setting

Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role preferred

TSQL knowledge a plus
