How you create impact

To act as a strategic partner to the business units aligning initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives within the US. The role involves working closely with business leaders, supporting national BP, driving talent management, and fostering a positive work culture. The Business Partner will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance business performance and employee engagement across the US.

Strategic Partnership :

Close collaboration with global business leaders to align strategy with the business goals for the BU.

• Adopt and drive the implementation of global initiatives.
• Drive focused projects linking to KN Strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and market growth.

Strategic Initiatives :

Adopt and implement global strategic initiatives of Total Rewards and Talent Development for BUs.

Change Management :

Partner with Global Talent Development on the creation and drive the implementation of change processes and reorganizations.

Support for National Business Partners :

Provide guidance and support to national BPs on operational-related matters within the business areas.

Reporting and Analytics :

Create and analyze reports and KPIs to support business decisions.

Compliance and Labor Law :

Foster a culture of compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
