Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients

Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports

Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role

Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively

Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams

Experience in designing and implementing billing procedures

Experience in interviewing and onboarding contractors
