Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain lists of potential students, ensuring timely communication regarding application submissions
Provide detailed information about the university's programs and the admission process to prospective students
Assist with various departmental tasks and projects to enhance customer service for prospective students
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years of sales / lead conversion experience with a proven track record
Knowledge of university guidelines, academic terminology, and admissions processes
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
