Credit and Cash Applications Specialist
Location : Glendale, AZ (Onsite)
Pay : $22 to $24 per hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused Credit and Cash Applications Specialist to join our client's team in Glendale. This role plays a key part in supporting our finance operations by reviewing credit applications, processing payments, and ensuring accurate account setup. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and keeping things organized, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Process new customer credit applications and ensure all required documentation is complete
Review financial data to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits
Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Communicate with internal departments to gather missing information or clarify account details
Maintain accurate records in the credit and cash application systems
Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit reviews and adjustments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit and cash handling
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, cash applications, or related finance roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Good communication skills for working with internal teams and customers
Ability to analyze financial information and make sound decisions
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Excel and other financial software tools
Pay Details : $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
