Job Summary : The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos) supported by HR, managing software upgrades to maintain system integrity, and assisting with analysis, design, modification, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet business needs. This role updates and trains system users, serves as primary contact for end-user questions, develops and maintains HR-related reports, responds to data requests, and identifies process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinates the implementation of new systems, such as the payroll system.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos) and support HR-related data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Manage software upgrades and ensure system integrity.
  • Analyze requirements and assist with design, modification, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet business needs.
  • Update and train system users on necessary functionality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for end-user questions related to systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related reports and respond to data requests across the organization.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new systems, such as payroll systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Two years of progressive responsibility in healthcare operations and / or human resources required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables); proficiency with macros is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, including day-to-day system administrative reports and data extracts / files for vendors and support services.
  • Experience in HRIS conversion / system implementation is required.
  • System administration experience in Kronos, ADP, or Infor is strongly preferred.
