About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : Days, Monday - Friday

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of previous PT experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed; home health experience is a plus; experience working with all age groups.

License : State License required

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Work history / resume; skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date; license verification; copy of required certifications; references - 1 supervisory reference required; proof of taxable address to verify bill rate.

This position offers same day interviews.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving).

Limit of 1 day request off between November 26 and November 30 and December 23 to January 2 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
