Do you possess experience in facility maintenance and safety programs? Are you a trained industrial mechanic? Are you willing to get your hands dirty and turn a wrench as part of the maintenance team? Do you have experience in plant operations and electrical and mechanical maintenance? If so, AND you have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

The Maintenance Mechanic II will be responsible for overseeing and conducting all maintenance tasks at Wilbur-Ellis Rangen in Buhl, ID. The position will be responsible for fabrication, electrical, preventive maintenance, and other maintenance tasks that are necessary to keep each facility running at optimal capacity and efficiency. This position will be the main point of contact for operations staff to solve problems with equipment and building issues.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or other related fields, with an Associate Degree or Technical Degree in a pertinent field, a bonus
• Working knowledge of manufacturing environments or other manufacturing experience
• General understanding of Preventive Maintenance programs and how to implement these in a manufacturing facility
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in manufacturing environments
• Experience using Microsoft computer products
• Ability to implement and oversee company policy
• Ability to evaluate mechanical issues and implement solutions
• Ability to lift to 55 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs as well as work from heights. No fear of heights.
• Ability to work in narrow and confined spaces. No claustrophobia.
• Preferred- experience and skills in many facets of industrial operations, including welding, electrical, bearings, chains, shafts, belts, electric motors, etc.
