Position Summary

The Power BI / Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization by delivering trusted analytics, enabling self-service capabilities, and enhancing organizational reporting maturity. Operating within a financial and enterprise context, this role works in close alignment with the Lead IT Systems Administrator, Data Engineer, Security Analyst, Lines of Business (LOBs), and Compliance / Risk teams to ensure infrastructure readiness, data security, and business-driven insight delivery.

Core Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights Generation

• Analyze structured and unstructured business data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly narratives for decision-makers.
• Validate data integrity to ensure the accuracy and trustworthiness of insights.
• Apply statistical, financial, and machine learning-enabled methods to support business cases, risk oversight, and growth modeling.
