Project Manager Job Responsibilities :

Manage small to large construction projects from initiation to completion.

Estimate and budget prospective projects.

Coordinate project timeline with General Contractors as well as project foreman and office staff.

Communicate with Redlinger team to maintain a strong internal understanding of project timeline and finances.

Monitor and Report on project progression. Collaborate with office team to ensure accuracy.

Identify and order job material and have available and ready in a timely manner.

Define areas of concern and present solutions to resolve issues.

Read mechanical blue prints and drawings to ensure project tasks and resources are accurate.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of project management and company operations.

Ability to resolve problems and issues.

Timeliness and sense of urgency.

Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new programs as related to projects.
