Job Description :
We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist who is responsible for providing analytical, operational, and strategic support to Rhythm Healthcare’s commercial leadership team. This role acts as a trusted advisor, identifying sales trends, uncovering insights, and helping standardize core sales operations practices.
By monitoring expenses, pricing, commissions, and forecasting processes, the Sales Operations Specialist ensures that Rhythm’s commercial team is equipped with the tools and visibility needed to make informed decisions, drive growth, and maintain operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you must bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. This role requires both independence and collaboration—balancing tactical execution with a strategic perspective to support leadership priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- \tMonitor and provide appropriate reporting regarding travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses of the commercial sales team to ensure compliance with company policy and budget.
- \tMonitor, review, and provide appropriate reporting on adherence to pricing guidelines to help maintain profitability and consistency across the sales organization.
- \tOversee the sales sample process, including distribution, usage tracking, returns, and monthly inventory audits.
- \tMaintain accurate demo and sample inventory records, ensuring accountability and proper documentation.
- \tWorking in conjunction with the finance team and commercial sales leadership prepare monthly and quarterly commission payments accurately and on time, aligned with sales compensation plans.
- \tGenerate, distribute, and analyze recurring sales reports as requested, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- \tPartner with Sales and Supply Chain to develop accurate forecasts at product, customer, and regional levels.
- \tMonitor sales trends and pipeline activity to improve forecast accuracy and align production planning with demand.
- \tProvide leadership with visibility on forecast risks, potential shortages, or surpluses.
- \tAct as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance customer needs with inventory availability.
- \tSupport ad-hoc analysis requests on sales performance, pricing, margin, and productivity.
- \tPartner with Sales Leadership to improve processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices.
- \tEnsure CRM data integrity and align reporting with business needs.
- \tDevelop, document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pricing, sales policies, and sample inventory.

\tBachelor’s degree preferred and / or\t3+ years of B2B sales operations, finance, analytics, or related commercial support roles\tPrior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or DME strongly preferred, but not required\tDemonstrated experience with analytics, forecasting. And reporting\tTrack record of improving operational processes and delivering insights that drive commercial results.Requirements :
