Job Description

TITLE : Office Assistant – Library and Program Support

(Current Programs : Library, Academic Support, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Surgical Technology, and Med / Fire Rescue - Subject to change.)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Work experience in the program areas assigned a plus.
• Appropriate knowledge and background of office procedures.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and word processing.
• Ability to work independently and use time wisely.
• Excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail.
• Good people skills, including phone technique, with an affinity for helping students.

REPORTS TO : Academic Support Coordinator, Department Supervisor(s), Vice President

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :

The specific duties required may change based upon the unique factors of the departments supported.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT :

12 month position with salary and benefits set by the Watertown School Board.
