Here's What You Will Be Doing
As an integral member of the Burger King team, this position is responsible for :
Developing servant leaders-puts your people and restaurant firstCreating memorable experiencesAdministrationWelcoming new team members and providing them with trainingLeading inspiring team huddlesEnsuring team members receive ongoing training and coachingBuilding the capability of the shift supervisorsConsistently thanking the team and celebrating successActively coaching brand service behaviorsMonitoring speed of serviceEnsuring the restaurant is welcoming and cleanEnsuring product quality and operations standards are consistently deliveredPartnering with the restaurant general manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metricsReviewing sales and scheduling to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness will be metEnsuring accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logsReviewing inventory efficiencies to create product ordersEvaluating and implementing cost controlsMonitoring people charts and production planning and making necessary adjustmentsCreating and monitoring schedules and managing new team members on-boarding processImplementing action plans to address employee needs and operational assessmentsHere's What Education & Experience You Will Need
Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1-2 years supervisory experienceExcellent guest service skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersAbility to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standardsAbility to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisionsAvailable to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidaysSome perks and benefits (based on eligibility requirements) :
