Building Engineer

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations and maintenance of critical facility systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Walpole, Massachusetts

What's the Job?

• Perform and document maintenance activities on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Operate and monitor HVAC systems, DI Water, coolers, freezers, and compressed air equipment.
• Conduct inspection rounds to ensure utilities and equipment operate according to cGMP guidelines.
• Manage small projects, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for timely completion.
• Execute quality-related tasks such as commissioning, validation, impact assessments, NCs, and CAPAs.
