The Role : We've identified profitable segments. Your focus is to pursue them relentlessly until Harper dominates mindshare. This isn't a role for someone who needs direction—it's for someone who sees data, identifies opportunity, and capitalizes without being asked.

Your Mission :

• Find + Flood : Identify profitable micro-segments and systematically capture every prospect
• Volume Focus : Your north star is lead volume through data-driven targeting and channel optimization
• Continuous Iteration : Spot patterns in data, suggest new segments, test channels—don't wait for permission
• Pipeline Excellence : You find them, we convert them. Your job : keep the pipeline flowing
