RN Licensed Utilization Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Utilization Management to oversee a clinical review team ensuring appropriate care for members.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises day-to-day activities of the utilization management team, ensuring adherence to performance and compliance standards

Collaborates with the team to resolve complex member care issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements

Monitors team performance, provides coaching, and assists with onboarding and training of new team members

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree

4+ years of related experience in utilization management

RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required

Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
