Position Overview

The Operations Director will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project management and construction processes. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and team leadership to achieve operational excellence in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee our Construction Project Managers and Project Management department
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in project management and construction.
• Lead and mentor project managers and construction teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all construction activities.
