Summary :

This role requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates take pride in producing quality work and are eager to grow with a company that values precision and collaboration.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team environment
• Setup and run jobs on CNC equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail
• Load and unload materials onto machines & starting programs as needed
• Allocate materials and change tools as required for each job
• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is clean and operational
• Follow quality control procedures and accurate setup documentation
• Provide feedback to help improve program efficiency and material usage
• Assist with finishing tasks, including deburring and preparing parts for final processing
• Communicate job details and handoffs with fellow operators and team members
• Read and interpret blueprints & work instructions accurately
• Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure product accuracy
• Work as a team with other employees to help the branch reach its goals
• Other duties as required
