The Role

WorldQuant is seeking a Head of Reference Data to lead our firmwide reference data and SecMaster products. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving innovation, scalability, and excellence in our reference data solutions.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership : Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable reference data and SecMaster solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
• Architectural Oversight : Collaborate with and lead our engineering team to define and implement a robust platform architecture that supports the firm's growth and scalability objectives.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Lead all business initiatives and provide global support to internal customers for all reference data offerings, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their needs.
• Agile Processes : Drive and participate in Agile frameworks, continuously improving and expanding platform capabilities to adapt to dynamic business requirements.

What You'll Bring

WorldQuant is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer we will take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
