Job Summary
Keep the engine running behind the scenes! As Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory to support all culinary and operational needs at the venue. You will ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Levy's quality standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in hospitality or foodservice
Proficiency in inventory and procurement software
Strong knowledge of food safety and vendor compliance standards
ServSafe Certification preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee procurement of food, beverage, and operational supplies
Maintain accurate inventory systems and reporting
Build and manage vendor relationships
Track purchasing trends and manage cost efficiencies
Ensure timely deliveries and product availability
Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to forecast needs
