Join Oshkosh AeroTech as an Assistant Site Manager! In this role you'll provide daily support and guidance to Site Supervisors, helping ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and a strong focus on safety. You'll coach and mentor team members, creating a fair and supportive work environment where people can grow and succeed. Part of your work will include improving processes, keeping operations organized, and making sure teams have what they need to be productive. Safety is a top priority, and you'll set the example for following company standards. Flexibility is key, as you may step in for supervisors or managers, handle emergencies, and adjust to changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of Manager, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 49 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircraft and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required.
Work Environment
The primary work responsibilities will require work in both office environments and in airport ramp and baggage handling system areas involving moving machinery, vehicles, aircraft, and sometimes outdoor weather conditions in both hot and cold environmental conditions.
Pay Range :
$72,200.00 - $116,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate\'s experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
