Warehouse Manager – Pallet Refurbishing & Logistics

Location : Columbus, IN (On-Site)

Pay : up to $70,000 + Annual Bonuses

Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift 7-3pm| Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Our client, a fast-growing industrial logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a new pallet refurbishing and distribution facility in Columbus, IN. This is an opportunity to help launch and lead a hands-on team while driving quality, efficiency, and accountability from day one.

This role is ideal for warehouse leads or working supervisors who are organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership in a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily workflows for pallet dismantling, refurbishing, and shipping

Manage a team of forklift operators, drivers, and general laborers

Maintain production standards (e.g., 300+ pallets / day)

Organize inventory, shipments, and material flow

Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance

Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and off-site leadership

Step in to assist with forklift operation or pallet handling when needed

Candidate Profile

2–3+ years of experience in warehouse, plant, or distribution environments

Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred

Forklift certification or operational experience

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in physical warehouse settings

High school diploma or GED required

Background in pallet operations or logistics is required

Familiar with OSHA safety standards and inventory control practices
