Guest Care Specialist

A company is looking for a Guest & Member Care Specialist to provide support for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues from start to finish

Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts and ensure timely responses

Assist with reservations, data maintenance, and support hotel operations as needed

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other relevant software

Ability to learn and work with department operating systems

Basic math skills for calculations and data processing

Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality while demonstrating professionalism
