Junior Benefits Analyst
Supports the management benefits team by assisting with enrollment tracking, data entry, and team member communications. Maintains accurate benefits data, supporting employee inquiries, and assisting with reporting for the salaried population. Reports to the Management Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with benefits-related questions and documentation.
- Update HRIS and benefits systems with enrollment changes and ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports and conduct data audits for the salaried population.
- Collaborate closely with the Management Benefits Specialist on special projects and initiatives.
- Support overall benefits processes to ensure timely and accurate administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).1+ year of experience in Human Resources or office administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and benefits platforms.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What We Offer
