Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, Re-Roof Business Expansion will spearhead the aggressive growth and diversification of our re-roofing business across the country. This role is critical to establishing new revenue streams, expanding our national market footprint, and positioning our company as a leader in the roofing industry. Your proven sales expertise and ability to forge lasting client relationships will be key to driving this transformative initiative,

Responsibilities

Business Development and Market Expansion :

  • Actively prospect and secure high-value re-roofing projects across commercial sectors on a national scale.
  • Identify and target underserved markets and clients, capitalizing on emerging opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline focused on high-potential re-roofing projects, ensuring consistent business acquisition.

Client Consultation and Tailored Solutions :

  • Collaborate with potential clients to assess their re-roofing needs, understanding their unique challenges and project timelines.
  • Offer expert guidance on re-roofing systems, materials, and solutions tailored to their specific requirements, maximizing long-term value.
  • Conduct site visits and perform in-depth project assessments, crafting customized re-roofing proposals that address complex client demands.
  • Strategic Sales Presentations and Proposals :

  • Lead powerful sales presentations that demonstrate our re-roofing expertise, showcasing past successes and our ability to deliver on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Prepare highly detailed, client-specific proposals that align with both budget and project scope, ensuring our competitive edge.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to client concerns, questions, and objections, positioning our company as the go-to choice for re-roofing.
  • Relationship and Client Retention :

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving any roofing-related inquiries.
  • Foster long-term partnerships, aiming to secure repeat business and diversify our project portfolio across various industries.
  • Aggressive Sales Strategy and Growth Targets :

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to capture re-roofing projects across new and existing markets.
  • Set ambitious growth targets and track progress meticulously, adapting strategies as necessary to meet aggressive sales objectives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Networking and Industry Presence :

  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, positioning us as a top-tier player in the re-roofing sector.
  • Actively engage in industry associations to expand our professional network and uncover new clients and partners.
  • Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis :

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, offering insights into key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

    Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years proven success in sales within the commercial roofing industry, with a strong focus on re-roofing.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of re-roofing systems, products, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients across national markets.
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed, continuously looking for ways to grow and diversify the business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to target markets nationwide.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
