We are hiring 10 Part-time or Full-time CRNAs to join a growing, well-established anaesthesia practice at multiple clinical sites in Findlay and Bluffton. • Self-scheduling : 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Choose part-time or full-time employment
• W2 / Hospital-employed or 1099 independent contractor
• Locations : Hospital, Surgery Centre, or a combination
• Diverse case mix : ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB (low-risk), urology, and minimal healthy peds
• Equitable call schedule, care team model
• Team : 7 full-time MDs, 18 CRNAs
• New grads welcome physician mentoring available! Compensation & Benefits 1099 Contractor hours) :
• $5 / hr for Regional Blocks
• $5 / hr for Paediatrics
• Annual Comp : $325K $345K Full-time W2 / Hospital-Employed :
• Base Salary : $238K $260K (DOE)
• OB, Peds, & Regional Block Stipends ($5K each)
• Signing Bonus : $20K
• Loan Repayment : $100K over 5 years
• 8 Weeks PTO (320 hours)

• Board Certified CRNA
