Salary : $16-$18 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at 12th & Renaissance Apartments. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showing the property to potential residents, leasing properties to qualified applicants, renew leases with current residents, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process. This position will report to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Greet visitors, prospective, and current residents with a positive attitude.
• Conduct tours of apartments, highlight features, and demonstrate property amenities.
• Effectively sell the benefits of living at the property.
• Report lease violations, assist with resident retention and maintaining curb appeal.
• Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive and in good repair.
• Provides potential residents with brochures, information and tours of facilities and available units.
• Ensures available and model apartments are fresh and tidy.
• Manages use of shared facilities such as fitness and recreation areas, laundry facilities and meeting or gathering spaces.
