job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerforms Mammography examinations on patients consistently producing images of diagnostic quality. + Attends to the needs of the patients and assists the Radiology Supervisor in all duties related to the operation of the Radiology Department. Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in mammography. Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently as required by work area. Produces quality images by using appropriate positioning and exposure technique. Performs the QC / QA for mammography following MQSA guidelines. Must be a Certified Radiologic Technologist with ARRT; registered in mammography is preferred. BLS is required.
