Position Overview :

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) , you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting the nursing team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Support mobility by helping residents with lifting, positioning, and transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other areas.

Ensure proper nutrition and hydration , including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and tracking meal intake.

Monitor and document residents' weights, skin conditions, and overall well-being .

Report any changes in residents’ conditions to nurses and supervisors.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and activities.

Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff.

Provide a compassionate and positive environment while mentoring fellow LNAs .

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Current LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire .

Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and reliable.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care .

Shift Details :

Full-time and part-time positions available.
