• If you’re a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the most innovative cannabis companies in the country. 🌱 What You’ll Do Oversee nightly production operations, including flower packaging, concentrate formulation, and product preparation Supervise, train, and support night shift employees to meet production goals and maintain quality standards Ensure all production activities are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs Conduct nightly walkthroughs to ensure workspace cleanliness, safety, and organization Communicate with day leadership teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and task handoffs Assist in tracking production data, inventory movement, and batch reporting for compliance Identify and troubleshoot issues in production workflow and implement corrective actions as needed Enforce safety policies, GMP standards, and company procedures across all departments Provide coaching and feedback to team members to encourage performance and growth Assist management in planning, scheduling, and assigning daily production tasks What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, or related operations Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of cannabis packaging, concentrates, or post-harvest processes Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team during night operations Proficiency with basic computer systems and record-keeping tools Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Florida state regulations Why You'll Love Mint Cannabis A work culture that’s welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibes Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles) Paid time off to recharge and reset Employee discounts on Mint products and merch A chance to be part of something amaZing 🌱 A Few Things You’ll Need Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active production environment Must be flexible with schedule and able to work overnight hours Manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling cannabis products PPE may be required depending on department or task About Mint Cannabis At Mint Cannabis, we’re passionate about creating a premium cannabis experience — for everyone!
