As a Security Officer Unarmed Logistics Patrol Full-Time in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
